Bussin CBD’s Subscribe & Save Program (“the Program”) allows customers to receive recurring shipments of selected products at a discounted price. By enrolling, customers agree to the terms below, including billing, shipment schedules, and cancellation rules.

2. Eligibility

  • Available to customers in the United States where CBD shipments are legally permitted.
  • Only select Bussin CBD products are eligible for subscription.
  • Customers must have a valid account, shipping address, and payment method on file.

3. Discount & Pricing

  • Subscribe & Save offers 15% off each recurring order unless otherwise stated.
  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes or sitewide sales.
  • Product prices may change over time. If pricing changes, you will be notified before your next renewal.

4. Delivery Frequency

Customers may choose from available shipping intervals, typically:

  • Every 2 weeks
  • Every 4 weeks
  • Every 6 weeks
  • Every 8 weeks

You may adjust your frequency at any time through your account dashboard.

5. Billing & Payment

  • Your payment method will automatically be charged 24–48 hours before shipment.
  • If a payment fails, you will be notified to update your payment information. Orders may be delayed until payment is resolved.
  • By enrolling, you authorize Bussin CBD to charge the stored payment method for all recurring orders.

6. Shipping

  • Standard shipping rates apply unless a promotional free-shipping offer is active.
  • Tracking is provided for each subscription shipment.
  • Shipments may be delayed due to product availability or carrier issues.

7. Changes to Your Subscription

You may log into your Bussin CBD account at any time to:

  • Update delivery frequency
  • Change quantities
  • Change products (when eligible)
  • Update your payment method
  • Update your shipping address
  • Skip a shipment

Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your renewal date.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time through your account dashboard.
  • Cancellations must be completed 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that shipment.
  • Orders already processed cannot be canceled or refunded.

9. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the consumable nature of CBD products, all subscription orders are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact customer support within 7 days for replacement options.

10. Program Modifications

Bussin CBD may update, pause, or discontinue the Program at any time. All enrolled customers will receive advance notice of material changes, including pricing or discount adjustments.
